REGISTRATION

To reserve your spot, send a minimum $100 per adult along with your completed registration form. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your form and funds. You may register with our online form below. You may download a printable registration form in PDF format here.

The Early bird registration is due by May 9, 2007. After May 9, the fee increases by $50. A bounced check charge of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. Before June 9, there is a $50 cancellation fee. After that, any refunds are at the discretion of camp staff.

Our registrar will accept post-dated checks if you would like to pay over time.  Just be sure your initial payment of $100 is received by June 9th  to reserve a space and ensure the early discount.  Paypal is available, but we would prefer that you pay by check over time if needed, as Paypal charges a fee. 

Registration is complete upon:

  1. receipt of registration materials and
  2. your payment via mail.

Once you have registered, be sure to fill out our
pre-camp survey to help our planning efforts.

Mansion(semi-private rooms/baths)
Great Barn (dormitory-style rooms, shared baths)
or Camping (bring your own tents, use indoor bath facilities)

Camping rate is $10 per night/per individual and $15 per night per family.  Friends may share a tent at the family rate. 

We will group families/couples together in the Mansion and Barn as well as in Camping areas.  Please make note of any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate them.
