The 150-page booklet features 21 Dances of Universal Peace and dozens of heart-opening games that deepen awareness of breath, sound, rhythm, energy, unity and creative expression. Brief, colorful activities work well with children or adults, offering an experience of different world cultures and religious traditions including African, South American and Native American traditions, Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Christianity. Sections are included on the four elements, basic walking meditations, creative movement, storytelling, using our voices and “putting it all together” to create meaningful sessions.
